But wait, how does the serial number work?

Each character receives a unique 10-digit serial number generated randomly. The serial number must always contain exactly 10 digits, including leading zeros if necessary. The rarity of a character is determined by the repetition pattern of digits within their 10-digit serial number. The more repeated digits appear in the serial number, the rarer the character is.
